Any inbound or outbound phone call that Vono records and analyses. Missed calls and calls under 10 seconds don't count toward your limit.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalty.
