Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity of users on your business account. Notify us at hello@vono.ie if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
- Only route calls through Vono on numbers you own or are authorised to use.
- Comply with recording-consent laws in your jurisdiction. Vono can play a consent announcement at call start — toggle it in Settings → Call Recording.
- Don't abuse the service to spam, harass, or defraud anyone.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, change features, or fix bugs at any time. Where possible we give notice for material changes.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly or annually as selected. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial periods unless required by law.
Termination
Either of us can end the relationship. If you cancel, you can export your data first. If we terminate for cause (e.g. abuse), we'll explain why and give reasonable opportunity to remedy where appropriate.
Liability
Vono is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated summaries are best-effort and should not be treated as a substitute for your own judgment in client and contractual decisions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland, except where applicable consumer-protection law specifies otherwise.
